Olja and her girlfriend Saša travel to Crimea to meet Olja’s father Sergej. The man has lived his entire life in a village by the sea and has never met his only daughter. Just before they meet, Olja gets scared and asks Saša to trade places with her, but the ruse proves fatal for them all.

Nigina Sajfullaeva (Dušanbe, 1985) obtained an Art History degree in 2005 in Moscow. In 2010 she graduated from advanced courses in screenwriting and directing. In 2012 she completed her screenwriting studies at Kult- bureau. Her films Voglio stare con te and La rosa selvatica won awards at prestigious Russian festivals.
