Two kids spend a day in an enormous abandoned building on the out- skirts of Naples. Salvatore has been charged by local crime boss Bernardino to watch over Veronica, who’s being kept there as pun- ishment as she awaits judgment for a mysterious wrongdoing. Ini- tially mistrustful of each other, Salvatore and Veronica gradually learn to communicate, and become friends. But the day rapidly draws to a close and Bernardino is about to arrive.
