A fervent environmentalist, Michele Grassadonia lives in his “ideal city,” Siena, to which he moved from Palermo years ago to work as an architect. For months he has been conducting an experiment: living in a completely self-sufficient and eco-sustainable manner in his apart- ment, without electricity or running water even. One night, however, Michele gets entangled in a series of mysterious events and his per- fect microcosm begins to crumble.
