PRESS/CULTURAL ACCREDITATION FORM

1. INFORMATION
Accreditation passes will be handed out in the Hospitality Office during the festival, upon payment of a €30 fee, and will grant the holder:

- access to all festival venues
- one festival program
- the catalogues of the 48 Pesaro Film Festival and the 24 Special Event
- one festival bag

Please note: This accreditation does not include hotel accommodations.

2. WHO IS ELIGIBLE
Journalists, critics, cultural workers, university professors and students.

3. ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE
The accreditation request must be written on letterhead paper and include the accreditation holder’s name.
All accreditation requests must be mailed by (and no later than) May 25, 2012, to the following address:
