The Lino Miccichè Award for Best Film was assigned by a professional jury made Olimpia Carlisi, Amir Naderi, Andrea Sartoretti:
In line with the attitude of the Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema, a vocation of research and promotion of cinema, the jury gives the Premio Concorso Pesaro Nuovo Cinema – Premio Lino Miccichè to
INLAND/ MESETA by Juan Palacios.
With his film, the filmaker has wanted to share his memories, the present and the future through image, sound and movement, with an honest, pure, skillful and personal vision of cinema.

For the more the Jury gave a special mention to the film BRING ME THE HEAD OF CARMEN M. – TRAGAM-ME A CABEҪA DE CARMEN M. for daring to frame the female body and to make it a symbol of the changes of a Country full of tensions .
Fr the contrast between politics and samba that turns social ideology in to rhythm and amplifies the critical vision of two experimental filmmakers projected towards the cinema of tomorrow
